Now, about airing schedules: My recommendation is to get the "Expedition Unknown" Season 5 season pass on iTunes to guarantee you will see new episodes, whether you get Travel or Discovery. Otherwise, here's info:

Discovery Channel new episodes:
-new episode "Snake King Part 2" airs brand new Tuesday night
-"After the Hunt" special on after that new episode airs, too

Travel Channel airing schedule this week:
-mini rerun marathon WEDS morning of "Expedition Unknown"
-bigger rerun marathon at night of "Expedition" WEDS
-1 rerun of "Expedition" on Saturday morning
-looks like for the moment, "Destination Truth" rerun marathons on Travel Channel Friday nights have been knocked off the schedule by "Dead Files" - again, I do not know when "DT" will be back on Travel

Apparently, "Expedition" reruns have also been playing on Animal Planet, too! However when I manually try to look up the show on their site, nothing comes up, so you'd have to manually check out their schedule on https://www.animalplanet.com/schedule
