Hi folks! I figure since we're averaging 10k visits per week to this page, I should update it more often, eh?

"Expedition Unknown", which has a 8.4 out of 10 rating on IMDB, is still airing Season 2 episodes. The crew is on the road filming more episodes, what we can assume is for Season 3. One thing I noticed on this new season is we are seeing more and more of the crew members, which I know was a complaint from fans from the first season, so that's refreshing. 

For those who somehow were still unaware, yes, "Destination Truth" was canceled back in 2014. Josh's contract ended with Syfy/NBC. Josh does not have the power to bring that show back and based on how well Travel Channel is treating his name/brand and his fans, I don't think it's a bad thing. I also doubt Syfy will ever bring "DT" back. We have the memories of that great show, as well as episodes on iTunes and Josh's book about filming the show :-)

Hi, guys and girls! Would have posted this sooner, but I was overseas (to clarify for those still not in the know - this is a site not run by Josh. This is the site runner Amanda writing to you).

Josh and his wife Hallie announced officially via the Columbus Part 1 episode of "Expedition Unknown" Season 2 that they are expecting a child (this is the assumption that it is one child, since Josh said in the episode "I found out I'm gonna be a dad" and in a letter from Hallie, it refers to the upcoming bundle of joy as "Gates Jr"). Josh had spoken about this revelation in an interview with Fox News back in October, but out of respect for their wishes, I did not share it on here and waited until after the episode aired. 

When we all raised money to keep this fan site domain on Weebly, I had a bit extra left over. $25 of it went to a "mystery cause" and it was a Baby's R Us gift card for Hallie and Josh. Hallie sent me a lovely "thank you" card addressed from Josh and herself, which I will share the inside of here:

"Dear Amanda, Brad, Sherry, Tim, Kat, Jerilyn, Erika, Bridget, Kathleen, Jennifer, Scott, Margaret, Barb, Michelle, and Shawn - and all of the rest of Josh's loyal and lovely fans! What a nice surprise it was to receive your gift certificate! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and generosity. You guys are simply the best, and Josh + I are very grateful! Congrats to the awesome couple and thanks to the fans for the outpouring of love and well wishes to them both, as they embark on this new adventure :-)
