With Travel Channel airing reruns of "Destination Truth" and a new audience discovering the show that was cancelled in 2014, I thought it would be fun to put a spotlight on the Fan Guide to DT, for a moment. Here is a quick interview with co-author of the Fan Guide, Brad Acevedo: ![]() How did you first find "Destination Truth"? What was the first episode you remember watching? BRAD: I was surfing through Syfy (then SciFi) and found it really interesting. It appealed to my love of cryptids and folklore, which I am still into. I think the Pombero/Lobizon episode from Season 1 was the first episode I ever watched. What were your favorite moments or discoveries from the show? BRAD: The Aokigahara Forest and King Tut cases stand out to me. They were intense and creepy. What is your favorite funny quote or moment from the show? BRAD: Ryder racing the ostriches was pretty funny. Josh getting his feet pecked by the exfoliating fish made me laugh. Carlos the mime shape-shifter man was great. Most of all, I'll always remember the scenes in the opening credits where he hits Gabe with a sling shot, as well as when the monkey yanks the sunglasses off his head. Brad has released his first solo author effort, which is a must-have for horror enthusiasts, especially during the Halloween Season! Grab a copy of "Death by 100 Cuts" by clicking here. Be warned: the book is mature in nature and may not be suitable for kids under the age of 16.

![]() Hi everyone. I apologize again that the shirt store has been taking a while to get up and running. Was traveling for work and have been grappling with an illness, but I'm on the mend and back to work on the site. AIRING SCHEDULE:
Here is what is going for you, fellow fans:
![]() Travel show fans got excited when Don Wildman of "Mysteries at the Museum" was hanging out at the same airport as Josh Gates. Could there be a collab in the future? I know we have all wanted a "Ghost Adventures" collab and we have been told in the past it could happen, but which would you prefer? EXU with MATM, EXU with GA, or can't decide? The countdown to new EXU episodes is on. How excited are you all for October 4th?! Be sure to also check out the first shirt designs this site will have available soon by clicking here. You've been waiting patiently. While the new shirts will not be available to purchase until sometime this week, I proudly present to you the first two exclusive designs that will be available for SingularityFanPages.com !!! ![]() DESIGN # 1 - Zoinks! You would be lying to yourself if you never mentally made a comparison of the "Destination Truth" team to a certain gang that travels around in a crappy van with a big, furry creature. Now, thanks to long-time friend Terri at Entities-R-Us.com, this vision has come to life. You will be able to permanently join part of Team Truth (namely Josh, Erin Ryder, Jael de Pardo, Rex Williams, and Gabe Copeland) in shirt and drinking mug form. Shirts will be available in men's/unisex, women's, kid's, and baby sizes. This spoof will be the ultimate way to look back on our favorite paranormal gang! ![]() DESIGN # 2 - We all know Josh Gates by his iconic sun dial necklace he has had since "Destination Truth" and still wears to this day for "Expedition Unknown." We also know that Josh is a huge advocate of good travel not being easy or pretty. No matter which adventures we see Josh in, there is usually mud and dirt involved (sometimes, even blood). In honor of this spirit of adventure, yours truly (the fan site runner) has made this alternative, minimalist splatter design of Josh's necklace as a symbol of our fandom. Shirts will be available in men's/unisex, women's, kid's, and baby sizes. Will also be available on a mug. ![]() Hi fans. Sorry for such a late update. Here is some news for you:
