This post is purely to post videos and photos from Josh Gates' fan event gig at Fort Mifflin this year. CASTING NOTICE: Ping Pong Productions, who has been making "Destination Truth" episodes since season two, is putting together a pilot show and are looking for an EXPERIENCED female paranormal investigator. This IS NOT casting for "DT" or "Stranded" and I assume it is not a competition show - it is a new project and they need a female paranormal investigator with training. You can send photos (I'd say about 5 photos maximum), a video (5 to 10 minutes long), and a short biography highlighting your experience to casting@ppongproductions.com I was not given more details or a deadline, but do it ASAP. NOTE: This is me, Amanda the site runner, stating this and not Ping Pong, but please do not use this email to contact Ping Pong repeatedly if "DT" will be back or as a means to send a fan email to Josh Gates. You can contact Josh at his website, as well as get his fan mail address there, and we won't hear about "DT" until Syfy is ready to talk about if it's coming back. Thanks, guys! :)
I was sent some photos and videos of Josh at the recent Fort Mifflin event, plus I have links of stuff already up for public view, so I will dedicate a post to only that stuff in the near future.
"Destination Truth" marathons on Syfy July 16th & July 30th, so check local listings for your area. No re-runs showing for "Stranded" in the near future.
Josh Gates appearances listed HERE and Erin Ryder will be appearing at both DragonCon and NYComicCon where Josh will also be this year (DT Tag Team!)
"DT" has not been canceled yet, but it is on hiatus and has not shot anything new until such time anything different is announced by Syfy, Josh or Ping Pong Productions. Please do not contact production company for air dates.
