Jaclyn's Encounter, Sept. 2008 - Estes Park, CO

Jaclyn's Encounter - Me and my family usually go to Estes Park once every month or so. We decided to go up there last minute one day. And I didn't even know that the Ghost Hunters and Josh Gates were up there! I begged my parents to go up to the Stanley Hotel after we had hung around for awhile and they finally said 'yes'! They usually never want to!

When we pulled into the lot, I saw Dave Tango (from Ghost Hunters) in the parking lot at the Hotel and followed him to try and meet him. My mom came with me too. Dave stopped at some guy's car and was shaking his hand. It was at that point that I realized it was JOSH! I could not believe my eyes. He was just getting out of his car with his mom. So I ran over and introduced myself and was saying how great it was to meet him. 

He was such a sweetie, very gentlemanly. And HOLY CROW is he CUTE! He has such gorgeous eyes and a cute smile! I still cannot believe I met him. I asked if I could get a pic with him and he said "of course!" By the way, when I had met him, I had started watching Destination Truth 3 weeks ago!

So we said our goodbyes and I was still incredibly stunned for quite a bit after that. Unfortunately, Dave Tango had to run off and get some stuff set up for the ghost hunt, so I only got a wave from him. But it was still a phenomenal day!
