- Josh knows the air date for Season Five on Syfy, but is not allowed to share it.
- On fan interaction/events this year versus previous ones: He has C2E2 a convention in Chicago coming up, as well as Scarefest in the south later this year. He will try to be at Comic Con San Diego Thursday and maybe Friday of this year, but has a prior commitment for that time period. He has a possible fan event in June, but it's not set in stone yet. He'd ideally like to do fan events once every month or once every six weeks to make himself more accessible.
- "I really want to make more of an effort this year...to meet fans and do more appearances." Josh enjoys fan events so that he can talk about not only "DT", but about his enthusiasm for travel and his experiences with the paranormal. He more prefers to discuss travel to anything, but is happy to be around fans.
- In regards to Jeff Rice's passing (a fixer/production coordinator for "DT" in Africa), he remembers Jeff appearing on camera even though he didn't want to but did so to assist the crew in translating when their native translator wasn't cutting it. Josh called him a "rockstar" - "Jeff was the real-world version of what I'm trying to be on TV...he really knew his stuff."
