Deep in the damp and moist jungles of Malaysia there were two very different creatures hunting in one location. Their names were: Josh Gates and the demonic dragon Wolfblade. The only difference was that Gates was unaware of what lurked in the jungles, while our friend, Wolfblade was aware of exactly what he was hunting. He was the swiftest dragon in his family, covered in green slime, a long spiked tail, snake-like head and the body of a normal average-sized dragon, he ran with swift werewolf like claws that gave him his gift of agility. Smelling his pray, he slowly approached a small opening full of tall grass, dying trees and all sorts of poisonous things. “The perfect hunting ground.” Said the mighty dragon with a grin on his face. He had hunted many men there before and succeeded. It was only a matter of time before. . .
The Call. . .
As he tossed and turned in his bed, a telephone suddenly wakes him up. “Hey Grant, we need you at headquarters, its urgent.” Grant slowly got out of bed pulled on his hat and wondered “Our job never ends does it?” Unaware that he had said that out loud Jason responded “Not really, but you have to get over here man, this case is really important.” “I’ll be right there.” He packed his bags, figuring this would be a day trip did not pack a change of clothes and placed the luggage in the TAMS
(The Atlantic Monster Slayers) Vehicle. Pulling out of the drive way with haste and drove down the street to headquarters.
Missing. . .
Josh Gates slowly walked through the forest. He discovered a clear opening that seemed ripe with the smell of slime. “I have you now.” He mutters to himself calmly. Suddenly he hears the sound of stomping on ground, like the crunch, crunch crunching of several trees at one time, over and over. “Something’s moving out there and it’s not normal!” He responds to the camera as he turns around slowly towards the two big men carrying the equipment. Without a noise they quickly drop their equipment and begin to run for their lives. “Hey Guys! What is going on?” A gigantic green, slimy, sharp pair of claws lifts him up and carries him away ever so swiftly with supernatural speed.
The News. . .
“Hey Jason turn on the News!” Yelled Donna as she poured the coffee from the metallic pot on the stove. Carefully he turns on the TV to channel 6 ABC News to discover that image flashed across the screen showing the words “Josh Gates. . . Monster-napped by; ancient green dragon” A silence filled the room. “Steve cut it out!” He yelled at his tech guy who had been known to play jokes like this before. “Im not doing anything! This is on the ACTUAL news! This is a REAL monster! Larger than any of the ten demons we’ve destroyed before!” He shouts back from down the hall.
The Trip and Explosion. . .
“Flight E116 to Malaysia now boarding!” explained the flight attendant over the loud speaker. “I hate flying” Complained Steve Gonslaves. “You have to come Steve; we need your dragon expertise for this one. It’s not going to be easy.” Explained Jason to his friend. “Rawr!” he replied to the statement in sarcasm, when honestly he was terrified out of his mind to come face to face with a mythical creature. A few hours later after having finally accepted the fact that he would have to go through with this trip, and on a plane, he drifted to sleep. “Please sit your tables in an upright fashion and check your belts to make sure they are secure. We hope you enjoyed your flight on the one and only plain to and from Malaysia to the United States. Please make sure to gather your belongings and have a nice day!” The Pilot told the passengers.
“Im glad that’s over” muttered a rather exhausted Steve. “I told you that was the easy part” Explained Donna right as they entered the airport. BANG! BANG! BANG! Everyone in the airport turned their heads at the same time to watch the only plane in the entire air port burst into roaring flames. Jaws dropped as they saw in the corner of their eyes a huge green creature heading back towards the forests. “THAT is what you call easy?!” shouted Steve and Jason at the same time with Anger flushing their faces red. They had no choice now, but to face the monster head on and destroy it.
Destination Reached! . . .
Jason and Grant slowly look over at Steve to find him frozen with awe and terror struck. “Hey Steve, ya dead?” Asked Donna as she attempted to sound like Sanka from Cool Running’s. “Steve slowly turned his head towards Donna and said “No man but I know someone who will be.” He responded with furry. “Guys cut it out” Jason and Grant came between them. “We came here to help Josh, not kill ourselves” rein formed Jason. Our friends gather the remainder of their luggage to find that the only weapons remaining were a sword and a flashlight. “We’re done for” for once Donna and Steve agreed.
Journey to the Mouth of the Cave. . .
“What’s the plan?” asked Grant. “When in doubt get the heck out.” Replied Jason. “There is no real plan is there?” Steve interrupted. “Not really no” Jason and his friend replied while continuing to walk up on the trail. “Jason, Grant you are both good friends, but if a zombie chases after us I am tripping you.” Steve confessed as they made their way up to a damp moist and dark mouth of a huge cave near the beach. The time has come to end this nightmare.
Survival of the Fittest (The Final Struggle) . . .
As the TAMS team set down the remainders of their gear, after having hauled it up the seaside mountain, slowly sat down for a moment of peace. “Alright so if either of us do not come out after 5 minutes, don’t come in after us.” Proclaimed Grant as he got out the flashlight and the two swords Gotthorm and Frodi.
“It’s about time we stained these swords.” Jason instructed his best friend. They charged into the cave to find nothing but darkness and moist air. A scream pierced their ears. They charge at the beast to find Josh is still alive but wounded. Jason and Grant begin to stab the beast to its death, while Josh holds its mouth shut to prevent fire. For the final blow, Jason beheads the mighty beast and brings peace and prosperity to the world.
